Jackie Liley has been in the industry since 1985. She has a wealth of experience after years of working for major agencies in Perth.
In 1995 Jackie saw the opportunity for a smaller company to provide a more personalised service and made the decision to open her own business.
In 2003 she was joined by her husband Marcus who has 18 years of banking experience, including both residential and commercial lending.
 Since inception Personalised Settlements have remained fiercely independent. We have no financial interest with real estate agents, banks or brokers who may otherwise influence the settlement process.
Similarly we will NOT act for both buyer and seller in the same transaction. After all, how can you give advice to one party and still act in the best interests of both?
From humble beginnings we have now helped over 5,000 clients through the settlement process.
In 2004 our high level of customer satisfaction was recognised when Jackie was awarded the prestigious Betty Quelch Award for excellence in the level of service provided by a settlement agency.
