Due to the ever changing world we live in there is no longer a “standard” settlement, so it is impossible to quote a standard fee. Commercial properties are more complicated than residential, some banks are easy to deal with (others are a nightmare). In fact, our settlements are as varied as our clients.

Some of the information we will require to provide a quote include:
- Is the property commercial or residential?
- Is the property strata titled?
- Is the property vacant land or include a dwelling or other improvements?
- Contract price?
- When is settlement expected to occur?

- Will you reside in the property or is it an investment?
- Are you are First Home Buyer?
- Are you intending to borrow against the property? I if so which bank?
- Are you FIFO & need documents prepared urgently?

- Is there a mortgage on the property? If so, which bank?
- Are there other encumbrances on the Title which need to be removed?
- Are any of the sellers based overseas? (Onerous procedures apply)
- Are there any changes required to ownership prior to settlement (change of name by marriage, deceased proprietor, probate, etc?)
